【摘要】 目的调查分析灾区转移伤员的生活质量满意度。方法在29名来自四川地震灾区的伤员入院后第15天发放生活质量满意度问卷,进行生活质量满意度调查。问卷经过专家评定认为具有较好的表面效度。问卷收回后,按五级评分法对问卷中的各条目进行统计分析。结果问卷调查结果显示:(1)伤员的自理能力较差,疼痛控制情况较好;(2)绝大多数伤员不愿意向他人谈及自己的内心感受;(3)伤员对医护人员的工作满意。结论通过对伤员进行身、心、社会、文化及康复功能方面的整体照护与人文关怀,可有效改善灾区转移伤员的生活质量满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate and analyze living quality satisfaction degree of the injured victims in the aftermath of Sichuan earthquake.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among the injured victims in the aftermath of Sichuan earthquake on their satisfaction degree at the fifteenth day after admission.The face validity of the questionnaire was confirmed high by the authority and the responses were analyzed statistically by VRS-5.Results Data from the questionnaire:(1)the wounded have a poor self-caring ability,but have a good control of the pain;(2)the majority of them would not like to communicate with others about their real feelings;(3)the wounded was satisfied with the doctors and nurses.Conclusion Completed caring and humanistic concern on physiological,psychological,social,culture and rehabilitation of the wounded can improve their living quality satisfaction degree.更多还原
