【摘要】 目的探讨地震伤员救治中如何提高青少年脊柱骨折患者的紧急救治及后送能力。方法2008年5月在地震灾区汶川县漩口中学执行抗震救灾任务,全程参加了33例脊柱外伤患者的现场紧急救治,空运多名脊柱外伤患儿至成都军区总医院并随机护理。结果33例脊柱外伤患儿成功现场救助,空运转送过程顺利,途中未出现明显并发症。结论青少年脊柱外伤患者的正确现场救治,对病情发展及预后恢复有重要意义。护理人员的良好应变能力、对患者的妥善管理和及时的病情观察,是成功空中转运重症脊柱外伤患者的必备条件。后送途中对外伤青少年早期开展心理干预救助,将降低灾害所致心理疾病的可能性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the experiences of how to effectively improve the ability of first-aid and air evacuation of children with spinal fracture in earthquake.Methods Military doctors and nurses took part in the whole procedure of the first-aids for 33 children with spinal fracture in earthquake in May of 2008.Nursing care didn’t stop during the air evacuation from earthquake site to the General Hospital of Chengdu Military Command by plane.Results 33 children with spinal fracture in the earthquake were successfully saved from the earthquake site.The whole procedure of air evacuation was successful and without prominent complications.Conclusions Correct method of first-aid at the earthquake site is most important for the prognosis of children with spinal fracture.Such factors are essential for successful air evacuation as careful management of patients and excellent quality of doctors and nurses to adapt to changing circumstances.Early psychology nursing interventions for children during air evacuation is meaningful to decrease the chances of getting psychological damages.更多还原
