【摘要】 目的探讨对大批量地震伤员实施心理危机干预护理的有效措施。方法采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)以及护理诊断进行分度,将地震伤员分轻度、中度、重度三个层次,有针对性地实施心理危机干预。结果地震伤员情绪均较稳定,能够积极配合治疗,并努力寻求心灵的重建。结论在灾难救护中,心理危机干预护理具有不可替代的重要作用,而分层次实施心理危机干预护理是应对大批量地震伤员的有效措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives To investigate effective measures of psychological-crisis intervention nursing care for earthquake victims in large number.Methods The earthquake victims were grouped at 3 levels(light,moderate and severe) according to their mental state diagnosed with SAS,SDS and nursing diagnoses.Related psychological-crisis intervention nursing care were provided respectively.Results The victims calmed down and the mental state kept stable,and they made good cooperation with the medical staff.Conclusion Psychological-crisis intervention nursing care plays an important role in disaster rescue.It is effective to provide nursing care at different levels to deal with earthquake victims in large number.更多还原
