【摘要】 针对我国水资源开发利用的问题,运用了熵权法、灰色预测、模糊聚类等理论或方法,构建了模糊综合评价模型、灰色预测模型、灰色关联度模型等模型,综合运用了MATLAB、SPSS等软件编程求解,得出了我国水资源利用水平整体呈下滑趋势,海水资源利用所占比重较大等结论,为今后的水资源科学化管理提供了宝贵的科学依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aiming at the problems of water resources development and utilization in China,the theory or method of entropy weight method,grey prediction and fuzzy clustering are used to construct the models of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,grey prediction and grey relational degree.The software programs such as MATLAB and SPSS are used to solve the problems comprehensively.It is concluded that the overall utilization level of water resources in China is declining and the utilization of seawater resources occupies a large proportion.These conclusions provide valuable scientific basis for the scientific management of water resources in the future.更多还原
