双吸式离心泵的三维造型及其抗震性能分析
3D Modeling and Aseismatic Analysis of the Double-suction Centrifugal Pump
【摘要】 利用Pro/E软件建立了某双吸式离心泵的三维实体模型,并采用MSC/MARC有限元分析软件对该离心泵进行了承压边界应力分析和抗震性能分析,抗震分析综合考虑了设计压力、设备自重、接管载荷、水力和SSE地震力。分析结果表明,该双吸式离心泵的泵体、入口法兰、出口法兰的Tresca应力均小于应力极限值,完全满足ASME标准对抗震性能的要求。
【Abstract】 A 3D model of the double-suction centrifugal pump is built in Pro/E software,and the analysis of pressure boundary stress and aseismatic performance has been done in MSC/MARC Finite element analysis software.The aseismatic analysis has taken the design pressure,equipment weight,linking canal load and the SSE seismic force into account.Analysis result show that,the Tresca stress of this double-suction centrifugal pump’s casing,inlet flange and outlet flange is smaller than the stress limits,and fulfills the requirement of the ASME standard document.
