核级阀门电动执行器抗震试验研究

【摘要】 介绍了SDQH25型和SDQH50型核级阀门电动执行器的抗震试验。试验利用地震模拟试验台,采用多频波法,按照要求的响应谱用人工模拟加速度时程控制,对SDQH25型和SDQH50型核级阀门电动执行器进行动态特性探查试验和5次OBE地震模拟试验及1次SSE地震模拟试验。试验验证了SDQH25型和SDQH50型核级阀门电动执行器在地震载荷作用下能正常工作。

【Abstract】 The earthquake-resistant test for the SDQH25 and SDQH50 type nuclear-grade valve electric actuator was introduced.For the tests using an earthquake simulating shaking table and adopting the multi-frequency test,the tests were controlled with using manual simulated acceleration time-histories,which based on the required response spectrum. The dynamic characteristics detect tests on the SDQH25 and SDQH50 type nuclear-grade valve electric actuator were carried out,and OBE( operational base earthquake)earthquake simulation test five times and the SSE( safety shutdown earthquake) earthquake simulation test one time. These tests prove that the SDQH25 and SDQH50 type nuclear-grade valve electric actuator can work normally under the effect of earthquake load.
