基于FPGA的电液振动台数字伺服控制器设计
Design of Digital Servo Controller for Electro-hydraulic Shaking Table Based on FPGA
【摘要】 传统电液振动台的伺服控制为模拟控制。为了克服模拟伺服控制器的不足,设计了采用FPGA的电液数字伺服控制器,采用经典的PID控制算法。实验结果表明:所设计的数字控制器具有动态响应的快速性和静态的精确性,比模拟控制器的性价比高。
【Abstract】 The electro-hydraulic shaking table is conventionally controlled by analog servo.In order to improve disadvantages of the analog servo controller,the electro-hydraulic digital servo controller based on FPGA was designed and the PID algorithm was used.Experimental results prove that the designed digital servo controller for electro-hydraulic shaking table has fast dynamic response,static accuracy,and has advantages of cost-efficiency compared with the analog controller.
