考虑伺服阀动态非线性特征的电液振动台建模

【摘要】 在许多常见的电液振动台仿真模型中,都将伺服阀假设为线性或忽略其开口-频响动态特性,这样构造的仿真模型在处理离心场下的地震波再现时将存在明显的高频段失真现象。以MATLAB/Simulink软件为工具,重点设计了能够体现开口-频响非线性动态特性的伺服阀仿真模型,完成了电液振动台的建模,并通过仿真验证了该模型的有效性。

【Abstract】 In many common models of the electro-hydraulic shaker,the servo valve is assumed to be linear,or its "opening and frequency-response" dynamic characteristics are neglected.There is significant high-frequency distortion when processing the output of reproducing seismic wave by the model.Based on MATLAB/Simulink software,a model was designed in which the "opening and frequency-response" dynamic characteristics of the servo valve were considered,and the model of the electro-hydraulic shaker was completed.The validity of this model is verified by simulation.
