关联维数在齿轮泵故障诊断中的应用
Application of Correlation Dimension in the Fault Diagnosis of Gear Pump
【摘要】 提出了利用自相关函数和最近邻域发散度实现关联维数的可靠算法;针对齿轮泵的振动信号,先采用时域同步平均对信号进行消噪处理,然后用关联维数对齿轮泵进行故障诊断。实验结果表明,在齿轮泵的4种不同工作状态下振动信号的关联维数具有明显的可分性。
【Abstract】 A reliable method of correlation dimension based on autocorrelation function and nearest neighbor divergence was presented.The method was applied into the fault diagnosis of gear pump after the vibration signals of gear pump was denoised by the algorithm of temporal domain synchronous averaging.Experimental results show that the correlation dimension of vibration signal of gear pump in four different working states is quite distinct.
