湿陷性黄土地区锚杆静压桩地基加固应用研究

【摘要】 湿陷性黄土地区地基病害常有发生,严重危及建筑物和构筑物安全。主要以湿陷性黄土地区某办公楼扩建建筑地基基础加固工程为实例,结合工程地质条件、病害原因、地基基础加固措施和监测数据,研究了锚杆静压桩在湿陷性黄土地区的地基加固效果;结合工程实践,阐述了锚杆静压桩在湿陷性黄土地区地基基础加固过程中的关键控制因素。研究结果表明:锚杆静压桩地基加固属于"干作业"加固,对湿陷性黄土地区地基加固较为适用,可有效降低对地基的扰动,增强地基加固效果;垂直度和接桩质量是保证压桩正常进行的控制因素,在施工过程中应该严格对其进行控制;压桩力和桩入土深度是保证地基加固效果的关键因素,在方案设计时就应该对其重点考虑。

【Abstract】 Foundation damages often occur in collapsible loess area, which seriously endanger the safety of buildings and structures. Taking foundation reinforcement project of expansion building for an office building in collapsible loess area as an example, combined with engineering geological conditions, damage causes, foundation reinforcement measures and monitoring data, the foundation reinforcement effect of anchor jacked pile in collapsible loess area was studied. And the key controlling factors of anchor jacked pile in foundation reinforcement process in collapsible loess area were expounded combined with engineering practice. The research results show that anchor jacked pile reinforcement belongs to "dry operation" reinforcement and is more suitable for foundation reinforcement in collapsible loess area, which can effectively reduce the disturbance to the foundation and enhance the effect of foundation reinforcement; verticality and quality of pile connection are the controlling factors to ensure the normal operation of pile-pressing, which should be strictly controlled in the construction process; piling force and piling depth into soil are the key factors to ensure the effect of foundation reinforcement, which should be taken into account in the design of the scheme.
