【摘要】 泰州华润中心由两栋建筑高度近200m的超高层塔楼和大型商业裙楼组成。超高层塔楼采用钢筋混凝土框架-核心筒结构体系。底部框架柱采用新型钢管混凝土叠合柱,对叠合柱内埋钢管外围的箍筋进行了优化以提高其承载力和延性。核心筒南侧剪力墙在高区收进,转化为5根框架柱,并对相应位置的剪力墙进行了抗震加强。在初步设计阶段的前期对结构进行了罕遇地震作用下的弹塑性时程分析,从而找到结构薄弱部位并予以优化。系统介绍了该工程地基基础设计、结构体系特点、抗震性能化设计原则和方法以及新型叠合柱的分析和设计。

【Abstract】 Taizhou China Resources Center is comprised of two super high-rise buildings with nearly 200 m height and shopping mall. Reinforced concrete frame-corewall structural system was used in the super high-rise buildings. A new type of steel tube-reinforced concrete column was used in the low zone,of which the exterior stirrups around the steel tube were optimized to enhance the bearing capacity and ductility. The south side of the corewall had setback in the high zone and was converted to five dispersal columns and seismic reinforcement measures were taken to the relevant shearwall. The elasto-plastic time-history analysis under the rare earthquake was carried out in the early stage of draft design phase to find out and optimize the weak parts of the buildings. The foundation design,structural characteristics,principles and methods of performance-based seismic design were described systematically as well as the analysis and design of the new type steel tube-reinforced concrete column.
