【摘要】 北京葛洲坝大厦由1幢办公主楼、大堂门厅、2幢商务酒店及裙楼组成。办公主楼结构高度为117m,采用钢筋混凝土筒中筒结构体系,存在三项不规则,属于复杂高层建筑结构。采取基于性能的抗震设计方法,对办公主楼采用多模型多程序进行了弹性和静力弹塑性分析。计算结果表明,结构各项指标均符合规范要求,整体安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 Beijing Gezhouba Mansion is composed of one office building,one lobby entrance hall,two business hotels and corresponding podiums. The office building,which is 117 meters high with reinforced concrete tube in tube structural system,belongs to complex high-rise building with three irregular conditions. Based on the performance-based seismic design method,the elastic and Pushover analysis for the office building were carried out with different models and software.The results show that the structural performance can meet the code requirements and the structure is safe.更多还原
