外保温叠合填充墙板框架结构振动台试验研究

【摘要】 对两层钢筋混凝土纯框架结构及外保温叠合填充墙板的框架结构进行了足尺振动台试验,对比研究了框架结构及外保温叠合填充墙板的破坏过程和破坏模式,分析了外保温叠合填充墙板对钢筋混凝土框架结构的周期、阻尼比、刚度、楼层加速度以及楼层位移的影响。研究结果表明:与钢筋混凝土纯框架结构相比,外保温叠合填充墙板框架结构阻尼比有大幅度的提高,说明外保温叠合填充墙板比一般填充墙板耗能能力强;结构的加速度放大系数随着地震烈度增加而减小,随着楼层高度的增加而增大;结构的楼层位移模式呈剪切型变形特点,层间位移角小于规范限值;填充墙体与框架主要靠钩头螺栓连接,从弹性到塑性的过程中,除了在墙板的脚部出现裂缝外,没有出现整体垮塌现象,说明填充墙体与框架的连接措施可靠,可以在地震区推广使用。

【Abstract】 In order to investigate the failure process and failure mode of the pure reinforced concrete frame structure and filled wallboard,full-scale model of a two-storey pure frame structure and frame structure with external insulation composite filled wallbord were conducted by shaking table tests,and the effects of external insulation composite filled wallbord on period,damping ratio,stiffness,floor acceleration and floor displacement of reinforced concrete frame structure were analyzed. The results show that compared with the pure reinforced concrete frame structure,the damping ratio of the frame structure with external insulation composite filled wallbord increases greatly,so its energy dissipation ability is better than ordinary filler wall. The acceleration amplification coefficient of the structure decreases with the increase of seismic intensity,and increases with the increase of floor height. The floor displacement model of the structure assumes the deformation characteristics of shear type,and the inter-layer displacement angle is less than the limit. The filled wallbord connects with the frame mainly by hook bolts,and there is no overall collapse phenomenon from elastic stage to plastic stage except the wall foot cracks. The connection measures are reliable between the wallboard and the frame and the connection measures can be used widely in the earthquake zone.
