钢结构柱壁套管式节点抗震性能试验

【摘要】 通过低周反复试验研究了采用全螺栓连接、柱壁加设柱壁套管式节点的抗震性能。试验以方钢管柱、H型钢梁制作足尺节点试件,研究在反复荷载作用下节点的工作性能及破坏情况,结合试验测量数据,分析柱壁套管与方钢管柱的协同工作性能和剪力传递机制。试验结果表明:柱壁套管式节点剪力传递路径及机理明确,柱壁套管能够很好地提高节点区的抗弯承载力,并能与方钢管柱共同受力、协调变形,节点具有良好的抗震性能。总结了影响柱壁套管式节点抗震性能的主要因素及施工中应该注意的问题,为其工程推广应用提供指导。

【Abstract】 The pseudo-static tests were carried out on column joint with outer-sleeve and bolt connection to study seismic behavior of the joint. The full-scale joint specimens of square tubular steel column and H-shaped steel beam were produced in the test. The working behavior and failure condition of the joint under cyclic loading were studied. The coordinated working behavior and shear transfer mechanism of the outer-sleeve and square tubular steel column were analyzed combined the test data. The test results show that the shear transfer way and mechanism of the joint are clear. The outer-sleeve can improve the flexural bearing capacity of the joint and works with the square tubular steel column cooperatively in force and deformation coordination. The joint has well seismic behavior. The main factors influencing the seismic behavior of column joint with outer-sleeve and problems that should pay attention to in the construction were summarized,providing guidance for the engineering applications.
