新长江国际酒店结构抗震性能化设计

【摘要】 新长江国际酒店采用型钢混凝土外框架-钢筋混凝土核心筒结构体系,存在楼板局部不连续、楼层刚度突变、扭转位移比较大等多项不规则,属超限高层建筑。采用基于性能的抗震设计方法,经试算,选取抗震性能目标为C级。采用SATWE和ETABS软件分别进行了小震反应谱分析和弹性时程分析,在此基础上,又进行了中震弹性分析和中震不屈服验算,并采用ABAQUS软件对结构进行大震作用下的动力弹塑性分析。计算结果表明,结构各项控制性指标均能满足规范要求,抗震加强措施合理有效,结构整体性能及构件承载力均可达到预期的性能目标。

【Abstract】 Xinchangjiang International Hotel, which adopts structural system of steel reinforced concrete frame and reinforced concrete core wall,is an out-of-code high-rise building with irregularities of discontinuous floor in local parts,abruptness of story lateral rigidity and large torsion-displacement ratio. The performance-based seismic design method was used in structural design and the seismic performance goal was set as level C. Response spectrum analysis and elastic timehistory analysis under the frequent earthquake were carried out by SATWE and ETABS software,and the elastic analysis and non-yielding check under the fortification earthquake were also carried out. The dynamic elasto-plastic analysis of the structure under the rare earthquake was carried out by ABAQUS software. The results show that all controlling indicators of the structure can satisfy requirements of the code. The seismic strengthening measures are rational and effective,and the overall performance of the structure and bearing capacity of the member can achieve the expected performance goals.
