北京市西藏中学男生宿舍楼隔震加固设计

【摘要】 西藏中学男生宿舍楼为6层砖混结构,建于1985年,经鉴定需要对其进行抗震加固。为尽量减少施工过程中对建筑使用的影响,降低综合造价,采用了隔震加固方法。探讨了采用隔震技术对多层砌体房屋进行隔震加固的计算分析方法、施工工艺及相应的关键技术。分析结果表明采用隔震技术进行抗震加固,可通过降低隔震层上部结构的抗震设防烈度来降低其抗震构造要求,从而使其满足抗震鉴定标准,达到抗震加固的目的。此外,采用隔震加固方法,对原建筑使用功能、内部装修、管线等影响较小(除首层外),可减少内装修和管线恢复的费用。

【Abstract】 Tibetan Middle School boys’ dormitory built in 1985 is a six-story brick and concrete composite structure.Isolation reinforcement methods were used in order to minimize the impact of the building construction process and reduce the comprehensive cost.Computational analysis method,construction technology and the key technologies using isolation technology are discussed for multistory masonry buildings reinforcement.The analysis results show that using isolation technology for seismic reinforcement can reduce the seismic construction requirements by reducing the seismic intensity of the superstructure of the isolation layer,and make it meet the seismic qualification standards to achieve the purpose of the seismic reinforcement.The reinforcement method using isolation technology will impact small on functionality,interior decoration,and pipelines of the original building(except for the first floor),and can reduce the cost of interior decoration and pipeline recovery.
