【Abstract】 With application of buckling restrained braces in a high-rise structure with strengthened story,the elastic-plastic responses and damage modes of the structure under rare earthquake were summarized.Some beneficial conclusions were proposed: buckling restrained brace used as the diagonal brace members in strengthened story of high-rise structurs can prevent buckling failure due to compression and ensure the collaborative work between core wall and frame;it is also on effective way to limit the stiffness of strengthened story and realize the ductile failure mechanism.更多还原
