迪拜梅丹赛马场抗风TMD系统设计、加工和测试

【摘要】 迪拜梅丹赛马场是为2010年世界赛马会准备的国际性大型体育设施。该结构屋顶钢结构重量达1万多t,悬挑长度接近100m,是世界大型的悬挑结构之一。屋顶内部设有大型豪华旋转餐厅和贵宾看台,为了保证结构在大风工况下的舒适度,选用了18套水平、18套垂直TMD减振系统,分别控制结构的水平和竖向振动。完整介绍了该TMD系统风振控制的设计和实现过程,采用SAP2000软件建模,模拟人工风压时程进行结构振动分析。对TMD系统进行参数计算、优化、分析、设计、出图、加工、安装、测试和调节。结果表明,以100年为风荷载重现期,TMD系统使屋架结构水平、竖直振动均有明显的减小,TMD的频率、阻尼系数和质量块加工均达到了设计需求。

【Abstract】 The nearly 100 meters long and 10 000 tons cantilever roof with luxurious revolving restaurant and VIP grandstands are installed in Dubai Meydan Racecourse Stadium,which is one of the biggest cantilever structure in the world.The 18 vertical and 18 lateral TMDs are used to control the vibration induced by the wind load in the two directions.The model is developed in SAP2000 program,in which an artificial wind time histories were implemented to represent the wind load with a recurrence interval of 100 years.The parameter calculation,optimization,analysis,design,drawing,fabrication,installment,test and adjustment of the TMD system were presented.The results demonstrate a substantial reduction of the vertical and lateral wind vibration of the roof with the application of TMD in the two directions.The requirements for the frequency,coefficient of damping and fabrication of mass in the design are satisfied.
