预应力混凝土管桩斜截面抗剪承载力试验研究

【摘要】 预应力混凝土管桩的斜截面抗剪承载力是其主要承载指标,但是由于相关研究成果较少,国内常引用日本的标准公式,难以精确地评价其性能,而且对管桩斜截面抗震性能未见报道。现分析管桩抗剪承载力的影响因素,对调整配置参数的专用试件做抗剪试验,全过程揭示了管桩的抗剪破坏形态。试验表明,管桩箍筋配筋率、混凝土强度、有效预压应力是影响其斜截面抗剪强度的主要因素,在土质地基中正常受力状态的管桩均为受弯破坏,提出了不同条件下的管桩抗剪承载力的计算方法,并提出了管桩抗震验算的综合修正公式。

【Abstract】 Oblique section shear bearing capacity is a key bearing index for pre-stressed concrete pipe piles.As lack of relevant study,Japanese formula is usually used in China,which cannot appraise the performance of piles exactly;and reports on oblique section seismic performance of the piles are even not found.After analyzing influence factors of shear bearing capacity and shear test on specimens by special configured parameters,the whole shear failure process for pipe piles was enclosed.The results show that loop bar percentage,concrete strength and effective prestress are main factors influencing oblique section shear strength of pipe piles and it is all bending failure under normal stress state in soil ground.The calculating method for shear bearing capacity of pipe piles under various conditions and comprehensive correction formula for seismic checking are put forward.
