再生混凝土砌块抗压强度和配合比试验研究

【摘要】 通过正交试验研究再生混凝土砌块配合比中四个主要影响因素(单位体积混凝土用水量、水灰比、再生粗骨料取代率、再生细骨料取代率)对其抗压强度的影响规律。同时在正交试验的基础上,研究砂率对再生混凝土砌块抗压性能的影响。通过试验优化了再生混凝土砌块的配合比,为再生混凝土砌块生产和推广提供依据。试验结果证明,对于单排孔再生混凝土小型空心砌块,若配合比选取合适,强度等级可以达到MU5.0,可作为承重砌块使用。

【Abstract】 The influence rule of the four main factors(water,water-cement ratio,recycled coarse aggregates,recycled fine aggregates of recycled concrete blocks mixture ratio)on compressive strength was studied through the orthogonal test.On the basis of orthogonal test,the effect of sand ratio on compressive performance of recycled concrete blocks was studied.Through tests the mixture ratio of recycled concrete blocks was optimized and the foundation to produce and popularize the recycled concrete blocks was provided.The experiment results prove that if the selection of mixture ratio is proper,the recycled concrete single-row holes blocks can be used to make bearing wall and its compressive strength can reach to MU5.0.
