大跨巨型钢框架结构隔震设计与分析

【摘要】 广东科学中心常设展厅E区为大跨巨型钢框架结构,采用隔震技术,柱底设置隔震支座。由于柱距较大,无法设置统一的隔震层,另外,因风载较大,抗风与隔震的矛盾难以解决。工程经过详细分析、试验,创造性地采用了无统一隔震层的隔震设计,并设计采用了小直径、大高度、大铅芯橡胶支座作为抗风装置。这种支座具有初始刚度大而屈服后水平有效刚度小的特点,有效地解决了抗风与隔震的矛盾。详细介绍了工程的隔震设计、隔震支座的选型、布置与连接,以及隔震结构分析与试验结果。

【Abstract】 The structure of area E in the exhibition hall of Guangdong Science Center is designed as a long-span steel mega-frame,using seismic isolation technology,with isolation bearings being laid on the bottom of frame columns.As the column spacing is too long to set continuous isolation layers,due to higher wind load,the contradiction between wind resistance and seismic isolation is difficult to solve.After detailed research and test,the discontinuous isolation layers has been creatively adopted in isolation design,and a new smaller diameter and larger height rubber bearing with larger lead core has been used for resistance wind plant.The new bearing has large initial stiffness and little effective stiffness to solve the contradiction beween seismic isolation and wind resistance.Details of seismic isolation design including type selection,layout and connection of the isolation bearings are introduced.
