【Abstract】 With the subsequent design of a abandoned and unfinished building, the working procedure of the reconstruction is proposed.Some problems as follows about the building are discussed, the choice of design codes, the working life used in subsequent design, the analysis of seismic effect, the determination of site categories, the modification of structure layouts and system, the reinforcement and strengthening for boundary restraint elements of shear walls, the reduction of reinforcement amount of the abandoned and unfinished building by the use of seismic performance design.更多还原
