高层建筑基于性能的粘滞耗能支撑结构抗震加固设计

【摘要】 根据我国79系列规范设计的某钢筋混凝土高层建筑,由于使用功能的改变需要对结构进行抗震评估和加固。引入基于性能的抗震评估与加固方法,以结构层间位移和构件承载力需求作为性能目标,通过基于地震加速度记录的非线性快速时程积分(FNA)方法进行结构分析。论证了该既有钢筋混凝土高层建筑在控制加固费用的前提下采用增设粘滞耗能支撑的方法,加固后结构满足"小震不坏、中震可修、大震不倒"的抗震设防目标。

【Abstract】 An existing reinforced concrete high-rise building designed according to the 1979 series Chinese codes need to be evaluated and strengthened for function alternation. The performance-based seismic evaluation and strengthening method is introduced to proove the criterion of "no damage under frequent earthquake, repairable under moderate earthquake, no collapse under severe earthquake" for an existing reinforced concrete structure in the case of reducing retrofit cost with viscous energy dissipation braces. For this method, the Fast Non-linear Analysis has been carried out, and both story drift ratio and capacity of components are set as performance targets.
