【Abstract】 This paper puts forward the concept of pre-integrated system and its implementation method. Based on the application of paper industry, the logic controller, motor control center and architecture development management system of pre-integrated system are analyzed. The automatic control system combines with the resources of field equipment and communication infrastructure to realize the function of intelligent manufacturing.
