【摘要】 成都市第四人民医院在"5·12"汶川特大地震后积极展开工作,取得了突发重大灾难性危机事件后的精神卫生应对实践成效与经验,灾后一年比灾后半年创伤后应激障碍发生率下降12.3%。本思考立足实践工作,围绕灾后精神卫生应对工作的内容及其成效、灾后精神卫生应对工作中凸显的问题、灾后精神卫生工作的建议三个方面进行总结和反思,以期为政府应急管理机制的完善提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Fourth People’s Hospital in Chengdu after"5·12"the Wenchuan earthquake in active work,Has made a major catastrophic sudden crisis mental health response effective post-practice and experience,the incidence of PTSD one year after Earthquake has dropped 12.3%comparing to the incidence of PTSD half year after Earthquake.This article based on practical work and it’s effect,around the Post-disaster mental health response content,post-disaster mental health response to the work of prominent issues,post-disaster mental health work’ suggestion in three aspects of the proposed summary and reflection, With a view to improving the Government’s Emergency Management Mechanism for reference.更多还原
