乙酰半胱氨酸颗粒与盐酸氨溴索片口服治疗小儿支气管肺炎的疗效对比与对患儿免疫功能的影响

【摘要】 目的研究乙酰半胱氨酸颗粒与盐酸氨溴索片口服治疗小儿支气管肺炎的疗效以及对患儿免疫功能的影响。方法便利抽选2016年3月—2018年3月前往该院治疗小儿支气管肺炎的300例患儿,根据用药的不同分组方式分成乙酰半胱氨酸组与盐酸氨溴索组,每组150例。观察并分析两组患儿在接受两种不同药物治疗后的症状消退时间(咳嗽消退时间、肺部啰音消退时间、退热时间、气促消退时间)、治疗效果以及免疫功能情况(补体C3、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白A(IgA)。结果乙酰半胱氨酸组咳嗽消退时间、肺部啰音消退时间、退热时间、气促消退时间均短于盐酸氨溴索组(t=3.20、3.15、3.21、4.92,P<0.05);乙酰半胱氨酸组治疗总有效率为91.33%,盐酸氨溴索组治疗总有效率为82.00%,乙酰半胱氨酸组较高(χ~2=5.65,P<0.05);乙酰半胱氨酸组补体C3、免疫球蛋白M、免疫球蛋白G、免疫球蛋白A参数指标均低于盐酸氨溴索组(t=2.16、2.09、2.31、2.43,P<0.05),以上结果数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乙酰半胱氨酸与盐酸氨溴索治疗小儿支气管肺炎对比,乙酰半胱氨酸治疗效果更佳,且能更好地改善患儿免疫功能。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the efficacy of oral acetylcysteine granules and ambroxol hydrochloride tablets in the treatment of children with bronchopneumonia and the immune function of children. Methods Convenient a total of 300 children who were admitted to our hospital for treatment of bronchial pneumonia in children from March 2016 to March 2018 were enrolled. The patients were divided into acetylcysteine group and ambroxol hydrochloride group according to different groups of drugs. Each group had 150 case. Observed and analyzed the symptom disappearance time(cough regression time,lung snoring time, fever time, shortness of breath reduction), treatment effect and immune function(complement C3) of the two groups after receiving two different drugs, immunoglobulin M(IgM), immunoglobulin G(IgG), immunoglobulin A(IgA).Results The acetylcysteine group had a shorter cough regression time, lung arpeggio regression time, antipyretic time, and shortness of breath reduction than the ambroxol hydrochloride group(t=3.20, 3.15, 3.21, 4.92,P<0.05); acetylcysteine total effective rate of the acid group treatment was 91.33%, the total effective rate of the ambroxol hydrochloride group was 82.00%, and the acetylcysteine group was higher(χ~2=5.65,P<0.05); the acetylcysteine group complement C3, immunoglobulin M parameters of immunoglobulin G and immunoglobulin A were lower than those of ambroxol hydrochloride group(t=2.16, 2.09, 2.31, 2.43,P<0.05),the above results were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with ambroxol hydrochloride in the treatment of children with bronchial pneumonia, acetylcysteine has better acetylcysteine treatment and can better improve the immune function of children.
