黏结型钢加固梁设计方法及软件开发

【摘要】 根据黏结型钢加固梁的截面应变,建立截面力平衡和弯矩平衡方程,研究黏结型钢加固梁的中和轴位于原梁截面和型钢截面时对加固梁承载力的影响.结果表明:当中和轴不在混凝土梁截面内时,黏结型钢组合截面积会增加,加固梁中钢筋和混凝土的力学性能未能充分发挥,加固后梁的承载力提高不显著.在此基础上,给出了加固梁中和轴最适宜的变化范围以及黏结型钢加固梁的截面选型和校核方法.利用Visual C++开发出适合于工程应用设计计算软件,该软件操作简单易操作,交互界面人性化,能显著提高加固设计的速度.

【Abstract】 According to the strain on the cross-section of conc re te beam strengthened by steel,the force and bending moment balance equations we re established to study the effect of neutral axis located in original beam on b earing capacity of beams reinforced by steel.The results show that when neutral axis is not in the original beam,the areas of steel in reinforcement will incr ease,the mechanical properties of steel and concrete can not exert sufficiently,and the carrying capacity improvement is not significant.Based on the results,the suitable range of neutral axis and the cross-section selection and calibr ation methods were presented.Application software was developed with Visual C++ to calculate capacity of beams.The software is simple and easy to operate thro ugh a more users-friendly interface,which can improve the speed of reinforceme nt design.
