【摘要】 城市地铁站点周边用地的高效利用是目前城市规划重要的研究议题,而城市功能空间的分布特征是土地利用微观层面的直观反映。研究采用高德地图POI数据,通过GIS软件分析平台对成都市在营的5条地铁沿线的城市功能结构特征定量实证分析,并与《成都市城市总体规划2011—2030》进行对比,发现轨道站点周边城市功能的分布并非完全呈圈层模式,而与站点区位特征及站点和城市空间有着密切关系。研究通过对城市轨道站点周边城市功能分布特征进行较为深度的分析,以期为轨道站点与周边城市功能的空间关系优化以及站点周边TOD发展模式提供建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The efficient use of land around urban subway stations is an important research topic, and the distribution of urban functional space is a direct reflection of the micro level of land use. Based on the data of POI of AMAP, we analyze the urban functional structure of 5 metro lines in Chengdu by GIS software, and compare it with Chengdu City General Planning(2011-2030). We found that the distribution of urban function around the rail site is not completely layered, but closely related to the site traffic and the relationship between the site and the urban space. Through the analysis of the characteristics of urban function distribution around the urban rail station, we hope it can provide some suggestions for the optimization of spatial relation and TOD development mode between the urban rail station and the surrounding area.更多还原
