【Abstract】 Based on the important background of the implementation of rural revitalization strategy and with the four major trends and challenges of rural e-commerce, this paper analyses the current situation and main problems in the ecological wealth-creating development of rural e-commerce in China. On the basis of the relative theory and the case practice in Lishui City and having reviewed the achievements of agricultural e-commerce in Lishui during the 12 th and 13 th Five-Year Plan, we put forward the three major systems of the "macrocosm ecology" development pattern of the rural e-commerce at the new era.
