【摘要】 基于北部湾城市群七个沿海城市2005—2015年经济和环境数据,分析其海洋环境与经济发展的时空演变特征,并结合环境库兹涅茨曲线(EKC)和协调系数评估指标,揭示海洋环境与经济发展的耦合特征。结果表明:2005—2015年,在北部湾城市群主要沿海城市经济持续增长的同时,海洋环境状况总体上呈现恶化-改善-恶化的变化趋势;北部湾城市群海洋环境与经济发展的关系整体为正"N"型;协调系数显示北部湾城市群海洋环境与经济发展整体失调,仅茂名市为协调关系。环境库兹涅茨曲线和协调度分析结果均表明北部湾城市群海洋环境与经济发展整体呈不协调发展关系,该区应结合其资源环境承载能力,落实环境保护的相关政策,以实现经济与海洋环境的协调及可持续发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the economic and environmental data from 2005 to 2015 of the seven coastal cities in the urban agglomeration of Beibu Gulf,the spatio-temporal characteristics of economic development and marine environment were analyzed and evaluated using environmental kuznets curve(EKC) and coordination coefficient,and the coupling characteristics of the marine environment and economic development were revealed.The result shows that:1) from 2005 to 2015,the economies in the major coastal cities of Beibu Gulf increased continuously,while the marine environment status showing a trend of "deterioration-amelioration-deterioration" generally.2) The relationship between marine environment and economic development in urban agglomeration of Beibu Gulf shows a positive "N" type in general.3) The coordination coefficient shows an uncoordinated result between marine environment and economic development in the urban agglomeration of Beibu Gulf and its seven cities except for Maoming City.Both the results of EKC and coordination coefficient analysis indicated the relationship between marine environment and economic development in Beibu Gulf urban agglomeration were uncoordinated.It is important to implement related policies for environmental protection under the carrying capacity of resources and environment in this area to realize the coordination and sustainable development of economic and marine environment.更多还原
