赤潮藻类在碳源受限生长过程中培养液pH的变化规律

【摘要】 本实验以赤潮藻中肋骨条藻、赤潮异弯藻和塔玛亚历山大藻作为实验藻种,在碳源不足的环境条件下进行培养,测定生物量和pH等监测指标,探讨了在正常营养盐、缺氮营养盐和缺磷营养盐条件下藻类在不同生长时期pH的变化情况。实验结果表明,赤潮藻在碳源受限的生长环境下,藻液pH的增加量比碳源正常环境下要高,其中中肋骨条藻在正常、缺氮和缺磷3种营养盐培养下pH分别增加了1. 4、1. 5和1. 4;赤潮异弯藻在正常、缺氮和缺磷3种营养盐培养下pH分别增加了1. 2、1. 1和1. 0;塔玛亚历山大藻在正常、缺氮和缺磷3种营养盐培养下pH分别增加了1. 6、1. 6和1. 8。pH与细胞数量之间存在显著性正相关,与磷酸盐浓度之间存在显著性负相关。

【Abstract】 Skeletonema costatum,Hereosigam akashiwo and Alexandrium tamareme were used to investigate the impact of different nutritional conditions on growth under restricted CO2 conditions. Biomass,pH and PO4-P were measured to discuss how carbon source and different nutrition conditions effect the change of pH during the different growth phases. The results showed that the increase of pH in the carbon restrict system was higher than that in the no carbon restrict system. The pH of Skeletonema costatum in normal,nitrogen and phosphorus deficiencies increased by 1. 4,1. 5 and 1. 4,respectively. The pH of Hereosigam akashiwo increased by 1. 2,1. 1 and 1. 0,respectively. The pH of Alexandrium tamarense increased by 1. 6,1. 6 and 1. 8,respectively. The pH and biomass had a significant positive correlation; the pH and phosphate had a significant negative correlation.
