【Abstract】 Suppression of multiple waves attenuation is a difficult problem in seismic data processing. By hard working,geophysicists have developed many methods to treat multiple attenuation,and all the methods can be induced to two main thoughts for dealing with the multiple problems:1) The filter method based on the difference between the effective wave and multiple wave,such as velocity,frequency and cyclicity;2) Multiple prediction and subtraction method based on wave theory.Six kinds of multiple attenuation methods in common use are introduced and the applicability of those methods is also discussed in this paper.更多还原
