早期综合康复治疗126例地震伤四肢骨折后功能障碍的疗效分析

【摘要】 目的:观察康复训练结合电针疗法综合治疗汶川地震伤员四肢骨折术后关节活动度、肢体肿胀等功能障碍的疗效。方法:将126例患者分为治疗组63例,采用康复训练结合电针疗法;对照组63例,于术后第2天自行功能锻炼。测量治疗前后关节活动度(ROM)、肢体肿胀消退时间及疼痛减轻程度并据此确定疗效。结果:用统计学方法处理,说明两组之间ROM、肢体肿胀消退时间及疼痛减轻程度比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用康复训练结合电针能有效提高地震伤员四肢骨折后关节功能障碍的疗效。

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effects on the therapy of electoacupuncture and rehabilitation training to patients of limb fractures with joint dysfunctions caused by the earthquake.Methods:Divided the 126 patients into two teams.65 patiens in the model group got the treatment combined with both electroacupuncture and rehabilitation training;while the other 61 patients in the control group only received the rehabilitation training.We measured three indexes:ROM(range of motion) before and after the therapy、 period of recession of limbs swelling and level of pain alleviation.Results:The final datum were all calculated in statistical way which revealed that the comparison of ROM,the period and the level in both teams showed the statistical meaning(P<0.05).Conclusion:Therapy combined with electroacupuncture and rehabilitation training could effectively improve joint functions in patients of limb fractures caused by the earthquake.
