【摘要】 目的:探讨动态CRAMS评分法在成批地震伤员急救中的应用价值。方法:采用CRAMS评分法对1070例地震伤员的伤情严重程度作出分类判断,并观察CRAMS评分的动态变化。结果:本组伤员中轻伤(≥7分)569例,重伤(4～6分)486例,危重伤(≤3分)15例,CRAMS分值越低,死亡率越高,重伤组需要急诊手术干预的比例明显高于轻伤组。CRAMS分值升高,提示病情趋于稳定,分值降低,提示病情恶化。结论:CRAMS评分能较好的反映损伤严重程度和伤情,对成批地震伤员的救治有重要指导意义,其分值的动态变化有助于医务人员及时判定伤情,调整治疗方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the application value of CRAMS trauma score in treatment of the wounded from earthquake.Methods:1070 trauma patients from earthquake evalutated by the CRAMS score system were analyzed and dynamic change of CRAMS score was observed.Results:Minor injury was observed in 569 cases(score:≥7),serious injury in 486 cases(score:4-6)and critical injury in 15 cases(score:≤3).The lower score suggested the higher mortality.More emergency operations were performed in serious injury group than in minor injury group.The higher score indicated good prognosis and lower score always showed worse condition.Conclusions:The CRAMS score provides an objective value to indicate the seriousness of the patient’s condition and it is important in treatment of plentiful patients from earthquake.Its dynamic change is useful for us to adjust the therapeutic schedule.更多还原
