【摘要】 目的:了解我院5.12震后伤员抗生素使用情况,评价其用药合理性。方法:对2953例地震伤员的抗生素使用情况进行调查和分析。结果:抗生素使用率为95.8%,临床使用以头孢菌素类、青霉素类、喹诺酮类药物为主,使用频率分别为67.53%,10.04%,6.89%。结论:我院地震伤员抗生素使用基本合理。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the use of antibiotics for the injured in the 5.12 earthquake now receiving treatment in our hospital and evaluate the rationality of their utility.Methods:2953 of the injured were analysed.Results:The antibiotic prescription rate was 95.8%.Cephalothins,penicilliums and quinolones were the mostly prescribed antibiotics in clinical use.The prescription rate were 67.53 %,10.04%,6.89 % each.Conclusion:The antibiotics were rationally used for the injured in our hospital.更多还原
