【Abstract】 Case teaching method is a kind of open-minded and interactive situational teaching mode without established answers,and it is the key educational technology to cultivate students’ innovation. In this paper,the status quo and deficiency of the curriculum of Horticultural Plant Tissue Culture were analyzed,and the necessity of the application of case teaching method in this curriculum was expounded. The specific application of case teaching in the horticultural plant tissue culture curriculum were discussed from the aspects of teaching content reform and teaching method reform.
