含镍废水处理和再利用技术在工业中的应用进展
Application progress of nickel-containing wastewater treatment and reuse techniques in industry
【摘要】 针对国内外对含镍废水综合处理与利用的研究现状,从传统化学法、物理法和电化学法3方面介绍目前可实现含镍废水达标排放及资源回收利用技术的发展情况,并分析不同技术的优势与缺陷,认为目前面对工业含镍废水的复杂性,单一的处理方法仍具有很多缺陷,因此需优化组合技术,实现含镍废水达标处理及资源综合利用的工业化、规模化。洛阳黎明大成氟化工有限公司采用化学沉淀法从电解液废渣中回收氢氧化镍副产品,回收率大于95%。
【Abstract】 Aiming at the current research situation of comprehensive treatment and utilization of the nickel-containing wastewater at home and abroad,the development situation of the currently practical techniques for achieving the discharging standard of the nickel-containing wastewater and the recovery and utilization of resources are introduced from three aspects of the traditional chemical method,physical method and electrochemical method.The advantages and disadvantages of different techniques are analyzed.It is considered that facing the present complexity of industrial nickel-containing wastewater,single treatment method still possesses many disadvantages.Therefore,it is necessary to optimize and combine the techniques to carry out the industrialization and scaling-up of the nickel-containing wastewater treatment achieving discharging standard and comprehensively utilizing resources.Luoyang Liming Daesung Fluorine Chemical Co.,Ltd.uses the chemical precipitation method to recover nickel hydroxide by-product from the electrolyte solution sludge.The recovery rate is more than 95%.
