新型高分子改性调理剂污泥深度脱水处理节能降耗效能分析

【摘要】 为了解决城市污水处理厂石灰法改性污泥脱水技术存在的缺陷,优化污泥的深度脱水处理,开发了新型高分子改性调理剂污泥深度脱水处理技术。于江西某城市污水处理厂进行了生产性试验研究,采用新型高分子改性调理剂和FeCl3对经浓缩机初步浓缩的剩余污泥进行改性调理,再经隔膜板框压滤机压滤脱水处理,脱水后的污泥含水率的稳定在55%以下,且板框机单板进料量提升80%以上,大幅提升污泥脱水系统处理效率。采用新型高分子改性调理剂污泥深度脱水工艺,可大幅提高系统处理效率降低运行能耗,大幅减少调理药耗降低污泥脱水成本;污泥实际外运污泥量可相较石灰改性工艺降低1/3左右,大幅减少污泥最终处置费用;同时,因污泥调理过程干物质投加量大幅减少,对污泥热值影响度小,脱水后泥饼可用于制砖和焚烧发电利用等,有利于污泥资源化处置要求。

【Abstract】 In order to solve the defects of the sludge dewatering technology of the lime method in the sewage plant, the deep dehydration treatment of the sludge was optimized, and the new type of polymer modified conditioner sludge dewatering treatment technology was studied. The invention relates to a novel high-molecular-modified conditioning sludge treatment,which mainly comprises the following steps of modifying and conditioning the sludge by a FeCl3 and an organic high-molecular conditioning agent, performing pressure filtration and dehydration treatment on a plate-and-frame filter press,wherein the water content of the dewatered sludge can reach below 60 percent, and the addition of the dry matter in the treatment process is small, The influence of the heat value of the sludge is not high, and the dewatered sludge cake can be used for making bricks and burning, and the like, and the subsequent disposal requirements can be met. The use of new type of polymer modified conditioner sludge deep The degree dehydration process can greatly reduce the amount of the conditioning agent and improve the processing efficiency of the single plate of the treatment equipment, greatly reduce the energy consumption and the drug consumption, and the quantity of the dry matter is small, the actual external transportation sludge amount can be reduced by about 1/3, and the final disposal cost of the sludge is greatly reduced.
