碳纤维增强混凝土构件破坏过程的动态红外监测
Dynamic Infrared Monitoring to Fracturing Process of CFRC
【摘要】 在碳纤维增强混凝土构件的增强层与基体之间埋设电热丝作为加热元件 ,借助红外热像技术检测试件表面的温度场 ,实现了对试件不同弯曲破坏阶段的红外监测。发现随着试件所受载荷的加大 ,界面剥离程度提高 ,在特定加热条件下 ,整个温度场温差、最大温差比和最大温度梯度逐步加大 ,呈现阶段性变化。提出了构件弯曲破坏过程的动态红外监测模型。
【Abstract】 Carbon fiber reinforced concrete (CFRC) was fabricated with resistance heating wires embedded under the reinforcement plate as heating units. The temperature field of the samples was gotten with infrared thermography by which the dynamic infrared monitoring to the fracturing process of CFRC was achieved. It was found that under a certain energizing condition, temperature difference, maximum coefficient of temperature difference and maximum temperature gradient increased with the increase of the applied load. A model of dynamic infrared monitoring to the structure has been presented.
