雷州半岛西南部珊瑚礁生物地貌研究

【摘要】 珊瑚礁生物地貌过程是全球变化海岸带陆海相互作用(LOICZ)研究的主要内容之一。本文通过对雷州半岛西南部珊瑚礁生物地貌过程的分析,探讨了该区珊瑚礁的生物学特征、生物地貌特征,以及珊瑚礁生物地貌过程对海平面上升、构造沉降和地震活动的响应等。

【Abstract】 :The biogeomorphological process of coral reefs is one of the major contents in the studies of land-ocean interaction in the coastal zone of the globe change. The southwestern Leizhou Peninsula is a juncture of Qiongzhou Strait and Beibu Gulf. It has unique typically developed and well preserved coastal coral reefs of the mainland of China. Due to the differences of sediment sources and dynamic conditions, there have developed different coastal landforms on the east and west banks, including coral reef geomorphy, volcano lava geomorphy, marine abrasion geomorphy and man-made geomorphy, ect. Their geomorphical characters and distributions are studied in details in this paper. By analysing the biogeomorphologicl process of coral reefs, the correlations between coral reef geomorphy and sea-level changes, tectonic subsidence, seismic activities of the studied area are discovered. We conclude that the changes of climate and sea-level of Holocene are the main factors that control the coral reef geomorphical developments in the area.
