双洎河流域史前农业及人类膳食结构之探索

【摘要】 双洎河流域是黄淮接壤地区,史前农业最早可追溯至裴李岗文化时期,经仰韶文化到龙山文化时代,气候的转变给农业生产的发展带来良好契机,使这一带成为我国粟作农业的发源地之一。仰韶文化时期始有稻作农业,但一直到龙山文化时期都没有普遍种植。所以,这一带远古人类的膳食结构都是以粟类的小米为主要食粮,稻米仅是弥补部分粮食的不足;家畜饲养已成为人们肉食的主要来源,采集和渔猎已退居次要地位。这种多元的膳食结构,为人类体质的提高、社会的发展起到了极为重要的作用。

【Abstract】 The Shuangji River Basin borders on the Huanghe River and the Huai River Regions.The pre-agriculture there can be dated back to the period of Peiligang culture.Experienced from Yanshao culture period to Longshan culture period,the change of the climate brought good chances to the development of the agricultural production and made this region be one of the original places of our country’s grain production.In the period of Yangshao Culture where agricultural rice started,but till to the Longshan culture period,the rice hadn’t universally been produced.So,in that place the ancient people all took millet as the main food and the rice only as the supplement;meanwhile,the raised animals were the main source of meat food and the collection of wild animals,fishing and hunting had got the next position.Such multi food structure played the much important part in the enhancement of man’s constitution and the development of society.
