【摘要】 当前我国的城乡差距仍然很大,农村发展也呈现出不平衡不充分的特点,乡村社会的治理方面也存在着治理能力弱化,组织凝聚力不强等问题。在乡村振兴战略背景下,"新乡贤"作为乡村文明的守护者,在完善农村社会的治理以及推动农村经济文化发展方面,发挥着不可替代的作用。针对"新乡贤"参与农村治理存在的农村人口大量外流、"新乡贤"培育制度缺失以及对"新乡贤"缺乏认同感等困境来提出相应的对策,以此重塑农村的乡贤文化,改善乡村的社会环境和经济状况,推动乡村振兴战略顺利实施。更多还原

【Abstract】 At present,the gap between urban and rural areas in China is still very large,and the development of rural areas is also characterized by imbalance and inadequacy. There are also problems in the governance of rural society,such as the weakening of governance ability,the weak organizational cohesion and so on. Under the background of the Rural revitalization strategy,as the guardian of the rural civilization,"New Rural Scholars"plays an irreplaceable role in improving the governance of the rural society and promoting the development of the rural economy and culture. In this paper, the author puts forward corresponding countermeasures in view of the difficulties of"New Rural Scholars"participating in rural governance,such as the mass outflow of rural population, the lack of cultivation system of" New Rural Scholars" and the lack of a sense of identity to" New Rural Scholars",so as to reshape rural culture,improve the social environment and economic conditions and promote the implementation of rural revitalization strategy.更多还原
