【摘要】 随着我国经济金融形势、互联网技术不断创新、政府政策鼓励等众多有利条件的推动下,共享经济发展迅速,对于我国乡村民宿商业模式创新具有重大意义。从乡村民宿的影响因素出发,运用扎根理论编码分析方法,以张家界五号山谷、莫干山裸心谷、浙江乌村以及安徽德懋堂为例,探究乡村民宿商业模式创新路径。研究表明,乡村民宿商业模式创新的影响因素有开发条件、外部环境、运营模式,与农户共享共建是实现创新的决定因素。最后提出共享经济与乡村民宿商业模式创新的策略,为乡村民宿商业模式创新提供理论思路与实践指导。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of China’s economy and finance, the continuous innovation of Internet technology and the encouragement of government policies,the rapid development of shared economy is of great significance to the innovation of rural residential business model. Starting from the influencing factors of rural residential accommodation, this paper uses the grounded theory coding method to explore the innovative path of rural residential business model,taking the No.5 Valley of Zhangjiajie,Nude Heart Valley of Mogan Mountain,Five Villages of Zhejiang Province and Demaotang of Anhui Province as examples. The research shows that the factors influencing the innovation of rural residential business model are development conditions,external environment and operation mode. Sharing with farmers is the decisive factor to achieve innovation. Finally,the strategy of sharing economy and rural residential business model innovation is put forward to provide theoretical thinking and practical guidance for rural residential business model innovation.更多还原
