【Abstract】 Under the present conditions of Jiangsu province,this paper analyzes the nature of environmental monitoring institutions and the main modes of scientific research management,as well as the disadvantages and the future development.To achieve this,we try to find the research direction and management mode according to the implementation plan and regional plan of environmental monitoring network construction.Combining with the characteristics of scientific research management of Jiangsu province monitoring system,we put forward the management plan and achievable steps.更多还原
