钻孔灌注桩超长钢筋笼吊装方案设计

【摘要】 在高层建筑、大型桥梁、地铁等工程的建设中,钻孔灌注桩的应用已非常广泛,且桩的长度和深度在不断增加,大直径超长钢筋笼的制作和吊装是保证钻孔灌注桩质量的关键技术。文章以某大厦钻孔灌注桩大直径超长钢筋笼的吊装方案设计为例,介绍钢筋笼安放方式的选择、钢筋笼的吊装工艺、吊机垂直高度和主吊机起重臂长度的确定、不同直径钢丝绳允许拉力的计算、吊车及配套索具的选用,并提出了钢筋笼吊装过程中应注意的事项。

【Abstract】 Bored piles have been widely applied in the construction of high-rise buildings,large bridges and subways.Along with social development,the length and depth of bored piles are increasing unceasingly,which requires ultra-long reinforcement cages with large diameters to match them.The making and lifting of large diameter super-long reinforcement cages is the key technology to guarantee the quality of bored piles.Taking the hoisting plan design of large diameter ultra-long reinforcement cages for bored piles of some building as an example,the paper discusses the selection of reinforcement cage placement mode,the hoisting process of reinforcement cages,the determination of crane vertical height and main crane jib length,the calculation of different diameter wire rope tension,and the selection of crane and rigging,and then puts forward some matters needing attention in the hoisting process of reinforcement cages.
