基因工程慕课建设探讨——以昆明理工大学为例

【摘要】 基因工程是生命科学相关专业重要的专业课程,具有内容多、理论性强、概念抽象、技术性强等特点。传统的教学对于学生掌握相关理论知识和实验操作具有一定的难度,采用基于"互联网+"的慕课平台辅助日常教学极为必要。昆明理工大学在基因工程慕课建设中组建起优秀的教学团队,重新编写教学大纲,对教学内容进行梳理和模块划分,用幻灯片突出重点和核心内容,并且拍摄和制作出高质量的慕课教学视频。这些宝贵的经验可以为其他相关课程的慕课制作提供参考。

【Abstract】 Gene engineering is an important professional course related to life science. It is a course with rich contents, strong theories, abstract concepts and strong technology. In traditional teaching, it is difficult for students to master its relevant theories and experimental operations, so it is extremely necessary to apply massive open online course(MOOC) on the "Internet +" platform to assist teaching. In Kunming University of Science and Technology, an excellent team has been set up in the MOOC construction of genetic engineering; they have rewritten the syllabus, sorted out the course contents and divided them into different modules, highlighted the key points and core contents with slides, and produced MOOC videos with high-quality. Their valuable experiences can provide reference for the MOOC construction of other related courses.
