【Abstract】 A double-pointer model is constructed through discussion on the connotative characteristics of bearing capacity,taking Tieling City as the research object,and the bearing capacity status of Tieling City is analyzed by calculating overload and looseness. The results show that the water resources of Tieling City are in the overload state of 1. 05-1. 18,and the overload degree of water resources will be aggravated if the conventional development mode is continued. According to the analysis results,effective methods are put forward to improve the carrying capacity of the region in this paper.更多还原
