【Abstract】 Taking Benxi City as the study example, this study is to evaluate scientifically and reasonably the water resource bearing capacity of the area in 2030 with multi-purpose decision and analysis method,and then, to put forward the bearing capacity accordable to economic social development by analyzing each measurement indicator and their evaluation results.
