【摘要】 改革开放以来,中国共产党对人与自然关系的认识是不断深化发展的。改革开放后至20世纪80年代末期,中国共产党在领导中国人民进行改革开放和现代化建设过程中形成了一系列环境保护思想,是对人与自然和谐共生认识的初步探索期。党的十三届四中全会召开到党的十六大前夕,中国共产党提出了实施可持续发展战略,是中国共产党人与自然和谐共生思想的基本形成期。从党的十六大到党的十八大召开前夕,中国共产党提出科学发展观以及生态文明建设目标,是人与自然和谐共生思想的深化发展期。党的十八大以来是中国共产党人与自然和谐共生思想的丰富完善期。以习近平同志为核心的党中央提出了一系列生态文明建设战略部署,党的十九大把坚持人与自然和谐共生作为新时代中国特色社会主义基本方略。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since the reform and opening up, the Communist Party of China has deepened its understanding of the relationship between man and nature. From the reform and opening up to the end of the 1980 s, the CPC formed a series of ideas about environmental protection in the process of leading the Chinese people to carry out reform, opening up and modernization. This period was the initial embryonic stage of understanding the harmonious coexistence between human and nature. From the fourth plenary session of the thirteenth central committee of the party to the early stage of the 16 th National Congress of the CPC, the CPC put forward the strategy of implementing sustainable development. This was the basic formative period of the CPC’s thought of harmonious coexistence between human and nature. From the 16 th National Congress of the Party to the eve of the 18 th National Congress of the Party, the CPC put forward the scientific concept of development and the goal of ecological civilization construction. It is the deepening development period of the thought of harmonious coexistence between human and nature. Since the 18 th National Congress of the Party, it has been a period of enrichment and improvement of the CPC’s thought of harmonious coexistence between man and nature. The Party Central Committee, with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core, has put forward a series of strategic plans for the construction of ecological civilization. The 19 th CPC National Congress insists on taking harmonious coexistence between man and nature as the basic strategy of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.更多还原
