【摘要】 肠道是人体重要的器官之一,担负着机体重要的生理功能。中医对现代医学肠道功能有非常全面的认识,用脾胃功能涵盖了现代医学肠道的功能,无论是消化、吸收、排泄的基本功能,还是近年发现的"肠道屏障""脑-肠互动"等新功能,中医理论对其都有着深刻而全面的论述。运用中医理论深入分析探讨现代医学肠道的功能,不仅能够促进两种医学体系的相互借鉴、取长补短,特别是面临日益增多的肠道新的病种,应用中医思维结合现代医学的病理认识,能够更好地促进中医对其进行辨证施治,进一步拓展中医的应用范围。更多还原

【Abstract】 The intestine is one of the important organs of the human body, and shoulders very important physiological functions of the body. Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) has an overall understanding on intestinal functions in modern medicine. The functions of spleen and stomach in tradtional Chinese medicine cover the intestinal functions in modern medicine. No matter the basic functions of digestion, absorption and excretion, or the new functions such as "intestinal barrier" and "brain-intestinal interaction" discovered in recent years, TCM theory has a profound and thorough elaboration on them. Using the theory of TCM to deeply analyze and discuss the intestinal functions in modern medicine can not only promote mutual learning and complementing between the 2 medical systems, but particularly, when facing a growing number of new intestinal diseases, applying TCM thinking combined with the pathological understanding of modern medicine can better promote syndrome difference and treatment in TCM and further expand the application scope of TCM.更多还原
